Amazing location with private parking so close to the nearby train and travel downtown, the airport and magnificient miles and the lakeshore with a reasonable walking distance. Unique and modern room, spacious bed.

The location is fab, and the staff is fairly friendly! The units were neat and huge with three beds. All in all they offer friendly service.

A cool and terrific place to stay in Chicago. Affable staff, brand-new, terrific rooms with an excellent big bathroom. Amazing location the in house coffee shop, and 5 minute walk from Float Sixty Chicago. Attached restaurant with excellent cuisine. What a great stay, no complaints.

I had such a fun stay! The cozy atmosphere and the cool games area really made it special for my family. The unique decor and the fantastic room service food were highlights! I would definitely come back again!

The spacious Signature Quadruple Room was perfect for our family, accommodating four adults and one child comfortably with its built-in bunk beds. The stay was upgraded with the delicious traditional shabu-shabu that we enjoyed at a nearby restaurant. Clearer directions to the hotel would have helped navigate our arrival better, and the noise from the surroundings could be quite disruptive at times.

Noise from a nearby train tracks disrupted sleep, and the absence of a fridge or microwave in the room limited convenience. The mandatory resort fees incurred for amenities like drinks had little value, especially when supplies ran low. The room itself felt a bit dusty, and the overall maintenance could use an upgrade.
